Report! or, “Does Anybody Have a Clue What the Heck’s Goin’ On???”

I am a Watchman – a certified, bona-fide ODD minister – anointed to Observe, Document, and Declare the signs of the times. And it’s hard, because 97% percent (and that’s an actual figure) of the people out there are not ready for my deeper ministry. And indeed, by nature of the case, they will never be. So, on social media, I am relegated to only addressing those aspects of faith and Christian life that have the broadest appeal. But, that is NOT why God Almighty puts his watchmen in the earth.

 

In the book of the prophet Ezekiel, God lays out the commission of his watchmen. Ezekiel 3:16-27, 33:1-22, and Isaiah 21:5-12 are the passages that address that ministry specifically and in detail. In the opening words of God’s commission, Ezekiel 3 says,

 

^16 “Now it came to pass at the end of seven days that the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ¹⁷ “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; therefore, hear a word from My mouth, and give them warning from Me.”

 

I have learned, quite to my shock and amazement, that we human beings don’t want to hear from God. (In the early years of my ministry I was naïve enough to think that if men were told the truth, then they would embrace the truth.) But, that is not the saddest part. What’s even more shocking and amazing, is that the Church itself, DOES NOT want to hear from God either. And, when God opened my eyes and showed me that truth, it floored me. That fact itself sent me into a depression that lasted literally for years. But, God had to teach me about a little thing called “Human Nature.” Paul often referred to it as “the flesh” throughout his writings. And, that “flesh” is the sin-infested, evil, contrary, God-defying, Spirit-resisting, holiness-hating nature of mankind. And, guess what? The church is a body that is just as harnessed, limited, and troubled by their human nature as every other kind of human being that exists in the world.

 

I have since had to learn to recognize and to deal with my own human nature, a feat that is literally impossible without the work of the Holy Spirit in one’s life. Dealing with human nature is like trying to wrangle a rattle snake in your bosom. The apostle Paul lamented, being troubled by his own human nature, when he said,

 

¹⁴ For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. ¹⁵ For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I… ²⁴ O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death?  Romans 7:14-15,24

 

Coming to more fully understand and appreciate my own human nature, has actually given me a profound sense of connectedness to all mankind. I have shed my “holier than thou” mentality. I have much more empathy for those in bondage to their sin. And, I decline to stand in judgment of anyone. For, left to ourselves, I am just like them. And, they are just like me. I have since come to recognize that every last one of us is completely limited further by what I have come to call “The Human Condition (THC)” and the “The Human Predicament” (THP). Very briefly, what THC and THP postulate is that for either good or bad, every human being’s lot in this life is determined by the will and purpose of the Eternal and Omnipotent God. The good, I praise God for. And the bad, I fear Him for.

 

So, being made aware of those things now, that still leaves me with a ministry that 97% of the people in this world, could NEVER possibly appreciate. And, no matter how you cut it, that is a fact that is just hard to swallow. So, I dibble and dabble on social media — an outlet that God himself gave me to keep me from literally exploding from the fiery Word of God inside me. He has promised someday to loose me and allow me to let loose the Word inside me. One day, God will anoint me to gather the lonely and isolated 3%, who have “ears to hear what the Spirit is saying.” Then, I shall give my full Watchman’s Report. I shall tell those saints what time it actually is on God’s calendar. I shall tell them about the identity of the real “Antichrist/ Man of Sin/ Beast” that has arisen among us. I shall declare to them the manifestation of the true “abomination of desolation” (Matt 24:15) that Daniel and Jesus foretold. I shall warn them of the impending nuclear war that is coming against America, the total annihilation of the US culture, and God’s planned escape route for those who are obedient enough to just listen. I will help direct those saints to a place of safety God has prepared for them. But, until then, what can I tell you?? If you do have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the church today, then just stay tuned. The Spirit of God is coming with power and great glory to his house. Get ready! Then, and not before, I will be free to tell you EVERYTHING God has told me. Hallelujah!! Maranatha. Amen.
